SES Executive Retreat & Event Center Options
Whether you’re looking for a business retreat or a special event location for a birthday, holiday, family reunion, or something else, we offer several options. Our facility can comfortably accommodate up to 25 people. The Park Gate House is a perfect alternative to other choices as you not only have a place for your gathering, you also have access to catering and a horse experience, as well.
At this time, there are no overnight options.
Half Day Rentals $440
Up to 4 hours including cleanup.
Full Day Rentals $880
Typically 4 – 8 hours. Recommended for events that need decorating beforehand and cleanup afterwards.

Horse Experience options will be determined upon reservation – based on certain criteria at $45/pp.
*Horse experience can be on or off horseback.

*All events must be followed by a thorough cleanup, which includes sweeping, mopping (if necessary), and the collection and removal of all trash from the facility. Failure to adhere to these stipulations will result in a cleaning invoice being issued.
Management is on site and available if needed. A walk through is expected at the conclusion of your stay.
