SES Executive Retreat & Event Center Options
We offer several options, whether you’re looking for a business meeting space or a special event location for a birthday, holiday, family reunion, etc. Our facility can comfortably accommodate up to 25 people. The Park Gate House is a perfect choice for your event with its history, horses, and renowned, local caterer option.
There are no overnight accommodations.
Half Day Rentals – $440
1 to 4 hours – including cleanup.
Full Day Rentals – $880
Typically 4 – 8 hours.
Recommended for events that need decorating beforehand and cleanup afterwards.
Additional Options
Pampas Fox is the caterer we use and you will need to contact them directly to set up your menu options.
Horse Experience options are available for $45 per person, the exact nature of experience will be determined at the time reservation is made. *Horse experience can be on or off horseback.
*All events must be followed by a thorough cleanup, which includes sweeping, mopping (if necessary), and the collection and removal of all trash from the facility. Failure to adhere to these stipulations will result in a cleaning invoice being issued. Management is on site and available if needed. A walk through is expected at the conclusion of your stay.
